Ah, crap! We have been on the road for 101 days, which means we have only got 8 more to go.
Time has flown by. Since our return to Viking-land is around the corner (god damn it!) we thought it would be appropiate to share our ups & downs with you.
New York: - Visit the Friends building and Carrie Bradshaws doorstep.

- Experiencing the country's downfall over the last 50 years.
- Eating fresh mango for the first time.
- Shower in cold water for the first time (but certainly not the last).
- Watching Berbatov score the winner just befor full time against Bolton at a local pub in Georgetown.
- Praying for our lifes when the mini-airplane took us to Kaietur falls.

- See the young at heart people prepare for the carnival, with costumes and enormous pan yards.
- The CRAZY traffic.
Mexico: - Having our first swim of the year on 28th january.
- Collecting our first of three world wonderers.
- The fooooood!!
- Snorkeling in the clear blue ocean and the more dark caves with bats.
- Live with our mexican family and learn their language.
Cuba: - Seeing old american cars imported during the 50s.
- Not getting to see United.
- Knowing that almost every cuban on the street tries to rip us off.
- See how a real cuban cigar is being made, and of course try a fresh one.
Peru: - The awful and amazing journey to Machu Picchu.
- A crazy, crazy taxi ride on our way to the airport. We feared a horrible outcome.
- Their lovely fresh juices and fruit salads.
- The altitude, which made us having problems with catching our breath after walking up the stairs to our room.
-Going to bed knowing that instead of having a fourth wall, you have the Amazonas with an unknown amount of wild animals.
Chile: - Cruising around on Easter Island, seeing the rear stone statues during sunset.
- Being crazy snapshot tourists, jumping on and off the red bus in Santiago.
Argentina: - Eating juicy beefs with professional dancers do their Tango in the background.
- The arrogant people and their stone faces when they haven't got change or do not want to understand us.
- Enjoying the great city Buenos Aires.
Uruguay: - Marvelous Montevideo.
- Watching Bridget Jones Diary on our comfy queen bed.
- People who know nothing about offering decent service.
Paraguay: - A scary and dangerous bus ride caused by a heavy storm.
- Feeling like a billionaire when the ATM troughs out hundreds of thousands.
Brasil: - Feeling helpless when armed thieves took control over our bus and made us give them our belongings.
- Feeling lucky to be alive.
- Celebrating our birthdays on our rooftop with candlelight and balloons, surrounded by stars and the christ statue.
- Relaxing on lovely beaches, drinking beer and doing nothing but getting a tan.

Oh, what a lovely 101 days!
